What is my order status?

What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Google checkout, and PayPal. We also accept checks, bank transfers, money orders, and wire transfers.
Should I use spaces or dashes when I enter my credit card number?
No. Enter your credit card number as a continuous string of numbers. Never enter any spaces or special characters.
Does my billing address have to match the address on file with my credit card?
Yes. You must enter your billing address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement for credit card verification.
Why is my credit card being rejected?
There are many possible reasons for rejection of a credit card:

  • The card is expired.
  • You have exceeded your daily charge limit.
  • You have reached or exceeded your credit limit.

How do I get a copy of my invoice?
You can print a copy of your invoice from the Order Information page. A copy of invoice is also sent to you via Email.
When I placed my order I was told my item was in stock, however I haven’t received it?
We do our very best to have accurate pricing and availability to hand. In some circumstances we may not be able for fill the order on a standard delivery service. If this is the case one of our account managers will contact you immediately with an update.
